Druitt Hall Community Association maintains insurance cover in respect of both
Employer's Liability (certificate displayed at hall) and Public Liability.
Hirers must consider whether the public liability insurance held by DHCA provides the cover needed for their event, including whether their planned activity falls within the definition of acceptable events as provided by the insurer
Details of the cover provided / excluded are provided in the 'Risk Profile' which we complete each year.
A copy of that document can be downloaded here or a copy can be collected by prior notice in person from our booking agent.
Our insurance brokers (A-Plan) advise us
"With regard to the various hirers, they may want to consider having Stall Holders Events Insurance. If they require an annual policy, perhaps because they hold multiple events throughout the year, then we can certainly provide them with a quote for this.
If anyone perhaps just does one off events, then we recommend www.eventinsurance.com"
